Here's what's going to matter the most

A natural reality of being alive is that one day you are going to come to the end of your life. When that day arrives, what do you want to say about the life you lived?

While this may be like a topic you’d rather avoid, the truth is that taking some time to think about this now can help you lead a much more fulfilling life.

Think in detail about how you want to feel about your life when you come to the end of it and if your priorities, beliefs and behaviours today are not aligned with it, it’s time to make some changes.

Make sure that when your physical heart transitions from an engaged energy with this lifetime to a peaceful silence, that your soul’s heart is filled with the greatest joy and sense of fulfillment for the life you lived.

On April 8th, 2013 I had the great pleasure of interviewing Dr. Karen Wyatt on my radio show Peace World Radio. Through her work with hospice patients she has learned first hand about what matters the most to people at the end of their lives. I hope you’ll take a moment to listen to this enlightening show. Click here to listen to it.
